STELGIDOPTERYX, Baird. - Tarsi naked. Edge of outer primary with the fibrillae converted into a series of stiffened recurved hooks. Above light sooty brown; the under parts brownish ash, fading behind into white. S. serripennis. ... COTYLE SERRIPENNIS, Bonap. Rough-winged Swallow. ...
