Lath.  Bec un peu robuste, caréné en dessus, droit à la base, crochu vers le bout. — Ailes longues, pointues.  Esp. Columba curvirostra, Gm." (Vieillot 1816); "Treron Vieillot, Analyse, 1816, p. 49.
