Birds No. 19.   ...   *) Von τροχος, das kreisförmig Gerundete und κερκος, Schwanz. — Die Gattung bildet ein Bindeglied  zwischen Terpsiphone und Rhipidura; von ersterer unterscheidet sie der kürzere Schnabel und der weichende Lebensweise und z. B. die Eigenthümlichkeit mit dem Schwanze ein Rad zu schlagen; von Rhipidura der breitere Schnabel, die kürzern Flügel; der Federschopf der Haube u.s.w."
