"Thalassidroma fregata #   ...   #The birds so called here and elsewhere (supra, pp. 175 and 204) are, as I have lately shown ("Proceedings of the Zoological Society," 1881, June 21st), specimens of the Thalassidroma nereis of Gould, which I have made the type of a new genus, Garrodia, in memory of the author of these papers."
