Subsequent amendments or corrections of original spelling lopezi to lopesi, even by the original author, are considered unjustified (subsp. Accipiter toussenelii, Bradypterus, syn. Halcyon badia, Poliolais, syn. Pytilia hypogrammica, subsp. Sheppardia cyornithopsis).
