(Cuculidae; Ϯ Red-billed Malkoha Z. javanicus) Gr. ζαγκλον zanklon sickle, reaping hook; στομα stoma, στοματος stomatos mouth; "ZANCLOSTOMUS, Sw. (fig. 284. d, e) Bill much compressed its whole length. Gonys curved downwards. Culmen and upper mandible greatly curved; the basal margin considerably dilated. Wings, tail, and feet as in the last genus [Serisomus], but the lateral fore toes are nearly equal. Tropics of the Old World. Z. Javanicus. Horsf. Java."
